Turnaround or Processing time

Typical turnaround time is around 25-30 working days. Some orders may take longer. Turnaround time begins when your invoice has been paid in full and proof approval has been received. BashTo will not be responsible for missed deadlines due to weather conditions, power interruptions, shipping errors or anything else outside our control. If we expect or foresee any problems, we will inform you of the problem and work with you to reach a solution.

Need your order fast?

If you need your order to be processed faster you can use Rush My Order option. 
Adding this product to your cart the order you placed will finished and ready for shipping within 5 business days!

Please add as many Rush my Orders as the items you have purchased that need to be rushed etc. if you need to rush your order with Two collars then Two RMO’s has to be purchased. 

Shipping

BashTo use Domestic Post (German - Deutsche Post), DHL or UPS for shipping.
National shipping takes around 2-5 business days, EU countries around 5-10 business days and other countries around 10-15 business days but this may vary.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number within 24
hours. From the moment shipment leave Germany, the country you live in will take over the shipment tracking once they register its arrival to their territory (etc. if you live in the USA, USPS will take over the tracking). This may take up to 10 working days (or more). I am asking you for our patience.
If you need your order to arrive faster, you can use UPS shipping services instead.

BashTo will not be responsible for transit time estimates, undeliverable addresses, shipping errors, bad weather or other problems with transit. 

Transit time is not included in turnaround time. Please account for transit time when placing your order. Shipping expenses are the client’s responsibility and will be added to the invoice prior to payment except in special circumstances.
Insurance is always available at an extra cost (depending on the order value) and must be requested prior to invoicing. Insurance may not be included in your quote if it is not previously requested.

COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAY NOTICE
Due to COVID-19, some carriers have temporarily changed their shipping services and policies. Shipping delays of several days or even weeks are not uncommon at this time and should be expected due to canceled flights, governmental decisions, and staff reductions. Customs, Duties and Taxes

BashTo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
